Plain English Summary: Use the platform honestly, don't list fake sites or spam other users, and understand that all deals are made directly between buyers and publishers — Guest Post Buddy is not a party to any transaction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Guest Post Buddy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, publishers, and any other parties who access or use the platform.

2. Service Description

Guest Post Buddy is a free, non-profit online directory that connects individuals seeking guest post opportunities ("Buyers") with website owners who accept guest posts ("Publishers"). The platform provides:

  • A searchable, filterable directory of verified publisher websites.
  • Publisher profile and listing management tools.
  • A website ownership verification system.
  • Contact information display to facilitate direct communication.

Guest Post Buddy is a marketplace intermediary only. We are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or relationship between Buyers and Publishers. We do not manage payments, guarantee content placements, or mediate disputes.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • Each person may maintain only one publisher account. Multiple accounts for the same individual may be removed without notice.

4. Publisher Obligations

As a publisher listing websites on the platform, you agree to:

  • Only submit websites that you own or have explicit authority to list.
  • Provide accurate, truthful metrics (DA, DR, traffic, pricing) at the time of submission.
  • Keep your listing information reasonably up to date.
  • Maintain the ownership verification file (GuestPostBuddy.txt) accessible for the duration your listing is active.
  • Respond to buyer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Not misrepresent your website's content quality, editorial standards, or ability to deliver guest posts.
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding your website and any content placements.

5. Buyer Conduct

As someone using the directory to find guest post opportunities, you agree to:

  • Use contact details solely to inquire about legitimate guest post opportunities.
  • Not harvest, scrape, or bulk-download contact information from the directory.
  • Not send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to publishers.
  • Verify metrics independently before entering into any commercial agreement.
  • Conduct all transactions directly with publishers at your own risk.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on Guest Post Buddy:

  • Submitting websites you do not own or are not authorised to list.
  • Listing Private Blog Networks (PBNs), link farms, or sites designed purely for link sales without genuine editorial content.
  • Providing fraudulent, misleading, or materially inaccurate information.
  • Attempting to circumvent ownership verification through deceptive means.
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the platform.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security or integrity.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions.
  • Posting or submitting content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and removal of all associated listings without notice or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The Guest Post Buddy platform, including its design, code, logos, and original content, is the intellectual property of Guest Post Buddy and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

By submitting content to the platform (e.g., listing descriptions), you grant Guest Post Buddy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the directory.

You retain ownership of all content you submit. You may request its removal at any time by deleting your listing or account.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Guest Post Buddy makes no representations or warranties regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information.
  • The quality, performance, or suitability of any publisher website.
  • The outcome of any guest post deal arranged through the platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GUEST POST BUDDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED THROUGH IT.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or its users.

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your listings will be removed from the public directory.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
