1. What Guest Post Buddy Is
Guest Post Buddy is a directory and listing platform that connects website owners (“Publishers”) with individuals or businesses looking to purchase guest posts or backlinks (“Buyers”). Publishers list their websites on our Platform along with contact details (such as email and WhatsApp number), and Buyers use these listings to reach out directly to Publishers to discuss and arrange guest post orders.
We are strictly a listing and discovery platform. We do not process payments, manage content delivery, or act as an intermediary in any transaction between Publishers and Buyers unless explicitly stated otherwise on the Platform in the future.
2. Listings and Verification
- Publishers who wish to list their website must go through our admin approval process before their listing becomes visible on the Platform.
- We make reasonable efforts to verify the ownership and authenticity of listed websites through our internal verification process.
- Despite our verification efforts, we do not guarantee that every Publisher, listing, or piece of information provided is fully accurate, current, or free from error.
- We reserve the right to approve, reject, remove, or suspend any listing or Publisher account at our sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice — including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, fake information, policy violations, or complaints from other users.
3. Publisher Responsibilities
By listing a website on Guest Post Buddy, Publishers agree that:
- They are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the listed website.
- All contact information provided (email, WhatsApp number, etc.) is accurate and actively monitored.
- They are solely responsible for setting their own guest post pricing, niche categorization, content acceptance policies, and any other terms of sale with Buyers.
- They will honor commitments made to Buyers in good faith once an order is agreed upon.
- They will not use the Platform for any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purpose.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
By using the Platform to find and contact Publishers, Buyers agree that:
- All communication, negotiation, payment, and order fulfillment happens directly between the Buyer and the Publisher, outside of the Guest Post Buddy platform.
- They are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making any payment or entering any agreement with a Publisher.
- Guest Post Buddy is not a party to any transaction, agreement, or dispute between a Buyer and a Publisher.
5. No Liability for Transactions Between Users
Guest Post Buddy facilitates discovery and connection between Publishers and Buyers, but we are not responsible for any transaction, payment, dispute, non-delivery, scam, or loss of any kind that occurs between a Buyer and a Publisher.
While we take reasonable steps to verify Publishers before approving their listings, we cannot guarantee the conduct, reliability, or honesty of any user on the Platform. Any transaction you enter into with a Publisher or Buyer found through Guest Post Buddy is undertaken at your own risk and responsibility.

6. Non-Profit Status and Future Monetization
Guest Post Buddy is currently operated as a non-profit project, and we do not currently generate any revenue or earnings from the Platform.
We reserve the right to introduce monetization methods in the future — including but not limited to running Google Ads or similar advertising — in order to help cover operational costs and keep the Platform stable and running. Any such changes will not alter the core nature of the Platform as a listing/directory service, and these Terms will continue to apply.
We also reserve the right to introduce a commission-based model or other monetization structures related to transactions facilitated through the Platform in the future. If such changes are made, this page will be updated accordingly, and continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when listing a website or contacting another user.
- Use the Platform to spam, harass, or scam other users.
- Attempt to bypass, exploit, or manipulate our verification systems.
- Use the Platform for any illegal purpose under applicable law.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal of a listing or account, without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest Post Buddy and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
- Any transaction, dispute, or communication between Publishers and Buyers.
- Inaccurate information provided by any user.
- Any interruption, error, or downtime of the Website.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time as the Platform evolves, including as new features or monetization methods (such as commissions or advertising) are introduced. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
